SETTING PROCEDURE
1. First of all, you should set SET 1 to specify what temperature degree you want the en-gine switch to LPG. This temperature shouldnt be lower than 30 oC and higher than 80 oC. SET 1 parameter in the box must approximately 30.
2. Before setting SET 2 parameter, you should observe gasoline injection duration of the engine. It can be observed from gasoline injection duration by GAS (Gasoline) parame-ter. The engine should be warmed up and without load while observing GAS parameter. This value should be noted down. Then switch the engine to LPG and monitor GAS pa-rameter again. If GAS parameter is less than the value noted-down while its running on gasoline, we get SET 2 down and save it to make GAS parameter up. Otherwise, we get SET 2 up and save it to make GAS parameter down. When you catch the GAS value you noted down, save SET 2 again.
3. SET 3 parameter is a delay parameter between petrol and LPG injection. Setting range is [0-8] for SET 3 parameter. Start tuning from value 1.
4. SET 4 parameter provides extra fuel while the engine is under load. Setting range is [0-15] for this SET 4 parameter. After setting this SET 4 parameter, you may need to set again SET 2 parameter according to GAS parameter. You need to observe engine reac-tion to acceleration so as to specify SET 4 at an optimum value. If you think the engine needs more fuel while engine is under load, increase SET 4 value, otherwise decrease it.
5. Setting LAG parameter is not a must but you may need to set it, depending on your car or your LPG hose length. This parameter specifies how many seconds lag time will be after LPG solenoid valve is switched on, to run engine with LPG. Setting range is [0-5].
6. LEV parameter will be chosen depending on type of your LPG level sensor. If youre using Standard Sensor set it -1; otherwise set it 0
